Azúcar<br />* 1 lata de leche condensada<br />* 3 C. S. de ron<br /><br /><br />1. Moler las nueces (guardar 8 ó 10 para la decoración) y las plantillas. </span><span style="font-size:130%;color:#666600;"><br />2. Batir las yemas con el azúcar hasta que esté cremoso, mezclar las nueces en polvo, las plantillas y las 3 c.s. de ron.<br />3. Batir las claras muy firmes, mezclar la preparación con un movimiento suave sin romper los blancos.<br />4. Engrasar un molde para tortas de mantequilla y espolvorearlo con azúcar (no de harina)<br />5. Poner la mezcla en el molde y cocinar en el horno a 160° por + ó - 50 min.<br />6. Durante ese tiempo poner a calentar la leche condensada en baño maría durante 2 horas, debes vigilar con frecuencia y añadir agua a menudo, esperar que enfríe antes de abrir la lata. </span></p><p align="center"><span style="font-size:130%;color:#666600;">7. align="justify"><br /><br /><b><i><span style="color: #00cccc;">La hallaca</span></i></b> es uno de los platos tradicionales del pueblo venezolano, es sinónimo de navidad y fiestas, porque solo se come para festejar el nacimiento del “niño Jesús” (como los venezolanos de pura cepa llaman a la navidad, que tierno!) y su preparación misma es una fiesta ya que toda la familia está presente y ayuda…o desayuda como sucede muchas veces, por eso de ‘donde hay muchas manos el caldo se pone morado’…<br /><br />Es un plato complicado y con muchos ingredientes, entre los cuales: tres tipos de carne, harina de maíz, condimentos como las alcaparras, aceitunas o pasas. Cada región venezolana y en realidad cada familia le da su toque especial, lo que hace que sea un plato muy particular en cuanto a la condimentación, esto es tal vez debido al origen mismo de la hallaca.<br /><br />Para hacer las hallacas, los indios tomaban todo lo que quedaba del festín de navidad de los colonizadores españoles y lo echaban en la masa de maíz (no hay que olvidar que el maíz es un alimento básico y representativo del continente americano…lean ‘hombres de maíz’…) y lo ponían a cocinar en las hojas de plátano, una manera ingeniosa de crear un plato ‘único’ con ingredientes tan diversos y ya cocidos!<br /><br />Pero no nos perdamos en la historia y volvamos al tema que nos interesa y que es gastronomico : la sabrosísima e inimitable hallaca! Y antes de empezar con la receta, no olviden que el secreto de una buena hallaca está en el guiso, por lo general se prepara el día anterior, es mucho mas sabroso!</div><img alt="" border="0"
